- Please ensure all guests are accounted for within your reservation. We DO NOT allow anyone that is not accounted for onto the property, even if they do not plan to stay the night. Unannounced guests will result in a $100 per guest, per night, charge to your account AND you will need to vacate immediately. Review the listing carefully to ensure all of your guests will be comfortable. -The trash will need to be taken to the curb on SUNDAY, while recycle needs to go out on WEDNESDAY. We are happy to move the bins if you prefer. Please DO NOT place bins on the curb early, as this can result in a city citation. - Our lawn service comes on Fridays, weather permitting. They will not need to come inside, however you may see them working on the exterior. - Do not use neighbor's yards to access the Intracoastal Waterway; use only public access points.
